电解分离-化学发光法测定水中痕量金属——天然水中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定
Electrolytic Separation-chemiluminescence Determination of Trace Metal lon in Water——Determination of Trace Amount of Cu(Ⅱ) Ion in Natural water
【摘要】 鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系是较为典型的化学发光体系,一些金属离子能催化鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系的发光反应,这一性质被用于分析测定金属离子,具有很高的灵敏度,但其选择性差,测定单种金属离子存在困难。本文采用电解沉积的方法,选择性地控制电位,从而将被测离子与其它金属离子分离,然后用化学发光方法检测,将电化学方法所具有的选择性与化学发光法的高灵敏度结合起来,用本方法对天然水中的铜(Ⅱ)进行了分析,检出限为0.4ppb,水中常见的钙(Ⅱ)、镁(Ⅱ)、铅(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)在较高浓度时无干扰,锰(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、铬(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)在一定浓度时也无干扰,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 The luminescent system of luminol-hydrogen peroxide is a typical one of chemiluminescence.As some metal ions can catalyze this chemiluminescent reaction of luminol-hydrogen peroxide,these metal ions are analyzed by means of their different properties.This method is of high sensitivity,but it is difficult to determine one single metal ion because of its poor selectivity. This paper reports a method of electrolytic deposition,in which the potential is selectively controlled.The metal ions analyzed is separated from other metals and then followed by chemiluminescence determination.In this way,the selectivity of electrochemistry is in combination with high sensitivity chemiluminescence.By using this method,Cu(Ⅱ)in natural water are analyzed,and its detection limit is 0.4ppb.Common metal ions in water,such as Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),have no interference even in higher concentrations,and neither do Mn(Ⅱ),Or(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ)in certain concentrations.The result,therefore,is satisfactory.
