【摘要】 本文介绍一个在MC-68000微机上开发的面向大、中型企业的生产管理系统。在研制过程中,综合应用了系统工程、现代化管理和计算机技术。其中包括:采用目标规划数学模型确定工厂年、季、月生产计划,采用A-B-C分类法作出物料需求计划;提供多种模拟优先原则安排车间作业计划,还建立了一个用于生产管理的关系式数据库。系统具有投资少、功能强、使用方便、有良好的扩展性等特点。适用于单件、小批量、多品种或兼有多种批量、生产类型复杂的大、中型企业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the micro-computer, a full-fledged production management system for large or middle scale manufacturing plants has been successfully developed with the aid of computer technology, management science and systems engineering. This system is applicable to job shop production environment. It includes such subsystems as the master production scheduling using the multigoal programming technique, the order release and material reguirement scheduling with ABC classification method, the shop scheduling based on simulation and multiple priority rules, the inventory control and relational data-base. The system is characterized by its very satisfactory designed functions, Besides, it is easy to operate and expand. Last of all, it requires less investment.更多还原
