镍催化体系合成顺式聚丁二烯的研究——Ⅶ.磁化率法探讨三氟化硼与零价镍的相互作用
SYNTHESIS OF cis-1, 4-POLYBUTADIENE WITH NICKEL CATALYSTⅦ. THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN TRIFLUORINATED BORON ETHYL ETHERCOMPLEX AND ZERO-VALENCE NICKEL BY THE METHOD OFMAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY
【摘要】 用磁化率法研究了Ni(naph)2 -BF3·OEt2-Al(i-Bu)3(简称Ni-B-Al)和Ni-C4H6(简称Bd)-B-Al 催化体系中B与Ni(0)的相互作用。对Ni-B-Al 体系,当B/Ni值(mol比)由0.0005到2变化时,Ni(0)的铁磁信号峰由低变高复变低,直至消失。B能促进Ni(Ⅱ)还原成 Ni(0)。在 Ni-Bd-B-Al体系中,Bd和 B对 Ni(0)发生竞争作用:B主要聚沉Ni(0),Bd则能阻止 B对 Ni(0)的聚集,使铁磁信号峰减弱直至消失。
【Abstract】 The interactions between BF3·OEt2 and zero-valence nickel, Ni(0), in the catalyst system Ni ( naph ) 2-BE3·OEt2-Al (i-Bu ) 3 ( Ni-B-Al ) and Ni-Bd-B-Al ( butadiene abbreviated to Bd ) were studied by the method of magnetic susceptibility. The results showed that in three-component system Ni-B-Al, with wide range of molar ratio of B/Ni from 0.0005 to 2, the aggregated colloid particles of Ni(0) exhibited the ferromagnetic signal, whose value was changed from the lower one to the higher,and then reached to its maximun, and fell again until it disappeared. The reaction of Ni(Ⅱ) reduced to Ni(0) was improved due to the presence of B. In the four-component system Ni-Bd-B-Al, there was the competition of Bd with B for Ni(0), which implied that Bd destroyed the aggregation of Ni(0), and resulted in the disappearance of the ferromagnetic signal.
