多重衰减内反射红外光谱法对三元乙丙硫化胶的表面研究
SURFACE STUDY OF EPDM VULCANIZATES WITH MULTIPLE INTERNAL REFLECTANCE INFRARED SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 用多重衰减内反射红外光谱(MIR)法研究了分别用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)或硫磺促进剂交联的三元乙丙(EPDM)硫化胶的表面。发现硫化胶表面层含有C—O 基团,证明表面层发生了氧化作用。DCP交联的反应残留物,比硫磺、促进剂交联的反应残留物易向硫化胶表面层迁移。这些表面特性对研究硫化胶的粘合、老化及其他性能很有意义。
【Abstract】 The surface study of EPDM vulcanizates was carried out by employing multiple internal reflectance infrared ( MIR ) spectrometry . The results showed that there were two bands at 1020 cm-1 and 1050 cm-1 assigned to the C-O group in MIR spectra of the dicumyl peroxide ( DCP ) and sulfur-accelerator vulcanizates, respectively . It is evident that the oxidation has taken place on the surface of EPDM vulcanizates . From the results compared the MIR spectra of vulcanizates with the infrared spectra of remains extracted from the vulcanizates , it was found that the remains in DCP vulcanizates migrated remarkably to the surface, but the migration of the remains in sulfur-accelerator vulcanizates was not as remarkable as the former.
