端巯基液体丁腈橡胶的交联和性能

【摘要】 本工作采用环氧树脂(Epon 828)/2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑硫化体系,对端巯基液体丁腈橡胶(MTBN)进行的交联反应作了研究。用硫化仪研究了交联反应动力学,同时研究了交联配方、工艺条件和硫化胶的性能。结果表明,该硫化体系对 MTBN的交联反应是有效的。与Epon828/2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚硫化体系相比较,该硫化体系具有使用寿命长、中温交联速度快、硫化胶物理机械性能好等优点。

【Abstract】 Epoxy resin (Epon 828)/2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (EMI-24 ) used as a new crosslinking system for the mercaptan-terminated poly(butadiene-acryl-onitrile) liquid rubber(MTBN) was studied. Kinetics of the crosslinking reaction was investigated by means of JSR-curelastometer. The curing formulations, curing conditions and mechanical properties of cured MTBN were also investigated. The results show that this crosslinking system is effective for the crosslinking of MTBN. In contrast to Epon 828/DMP-30 ( 2,4,6-tri,dimethylaminomethyl phenol), the conventional crosslinking system, the new one has faster curing speed at moderate curing temperatures and the cured products have better mechanical properties and longer pot life, etc.
