【摘要】 以1摩尔间二异丙烯基苯与2摩尔n-BuLi 反应的加成物为引发剂,环氧丙烷(PO)为羟化剂,在环己烷中合成了端羟基液体丁苯橡胶(A-HTBS),其 1,4-结构含量可达 90%。研究表明,当丁二烯和苯乙烯单体总浓度为36—133克/升,活性种(LE)浓度为0.016—0.133 摩尔/升,苯乙烯在单体总浓度中的含量小于30%时,所得A-HTBS的分子量与设计值一致,分散指数小于1.2;羟化反应对 LE而言是一级反应,若[PO]/[LE]值(摩尔比)大于4,羟化反应时间大于 2 小时,羟化反应温度为 50℃,则 A-HTBS的官能度能保持在 2左标 加入乙二醇二甲醚或三乙胺,能增加1,2-结构含量和提高苯乙烯的相对活性,但并不影响A-HTBS的分子量及其分布和官能度。

【Abstract】 Hydroxyl-terminated butadiene-styrene liquid rubbers (A-HTBS) ,in which the 1,4-structure content of polybutadiene segments could reach 90%, were synthesized in cyclohexane using the diadduct formed by the reaction of m-diisopropenylbenzene with n-BuLi in a molar ratio of 1 : 2 as the initiator and propylene oxide(PO) as the hydroxylating agent. The results show that, if the concentration of the active species [LE] is 0.016-0.133 mol/L and the content of styrene in monomer mixture is less than 30% , the molecular weight of A-HTBS obtained is agreement with the designed value and poly-dispersity index less than 1.2. Hydroxylation is a psuedo-first-order reaction with respect to active species. If [PO]/[LE] >4, hydroxylating reaction lasts for more than 2 hours at 50℃, the functionality of A-HTBS can be kept at the value of 2. The addition of 1, 2-dimethoxy-ethane or triethylamine into the polymerization system results in the increase of 1, 2-structure and the relative reactivity of styrene, but this does not affect the molecular weight and its distribution and functionality of A-HTBS obtained.
