乙炔二聚反应催化剂用助溶剂的研究
STUDIES ON SOLUBILIZER IN NIEUWLAND CATALYTIC SYSTEMS
【摘要】 研究了 Nieuwland催化剂的助溶剂 NH4Cl、KCl和混合助溶剂 NH4Cl-KCl 对乙炔二聚反应的影响。结果表明,KCl和NH4Cl-KCl 与 NH4Cl 相比,乙烯基乙炔选择性可分别提高5.1%和1.6%,且CuCl 溶解快,高聚物生成量少。催比剂的组成为:CuCl:KCl(或NH4Cl-KCl,NH4Cl:KCl=8:2)=1.05(摩尔比),CuCl含量 34.3%(重量)。乙炔二聚反应的优化工艺条件为:浓度为37%的盐酸补加量为0.1毫升/2小时,反应温度应低于80℃,乙炔空速360小时-1。
【Abstract】 The functions of NH4Cl, KC3 and NH4Cl-KCl as solubilizer in Nieuwland catalytic systems were studied and their influences on catalyzing dimerization of acetylene were also compared. The experimental results showed that in as much as solubilizer KCl and mixed solubilizer NH4Cl-KCl were added to the Nieuwland catalytic systems, the selectivity of monovinylacetylene increased by 5.1% and 1.6%, respectively, as against NH4Cl alone. The catalyst CuCl also dissolved rapidly and the amount of high polymers formed was reduced. The composition of catalyst consisted of CuCl 34.3% (by weight), the mole ratio of CuCl to KCl (for NH4Cl-KCl, NH4Cl : KCl = 8 : 2 ) was 1.05. The optimum operating conditions have been ascertained as the follows; addition rate of hydrochloric acid (37% by weight) 0.05 mL/h, reaction temperature<80℃, space velocity of acetylene 360 h-1.
