MoCl2(RCOO)2-(i-Bu)2AlO-■体系催化丁二烯聚合的研究
STUDIES ON POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE WITH MoCl2(RCOO)2-(i-Bu)2AlO-■ CATALYST SYSTEM
【摘要】 本工作以加氢汽油为溶剂,考察了MoCl2 (RCOO)2-(i-Bu)2AlO-体系对丁二烯聚合的催化行为,并研究了聚合条件对催化活性、聚合物分子量及其分布以及微观结构的影响。结果表明,本催化体系具有很高的催化活性;主催化剂MoCl2(RCOO)2 中R基(正烷基、异烷基、苯基)的种类和碳原子数对丁二烯的转化率没有明显影响;除聚合温度对聚合物的微观结构有影响外,其他聚合条件都几乎不影响单体的插入方式;1,2-链节的立构体中以全同链节含量较高,可达60%。
【Abstract】 The catalytic behaviours for polymerization of butadiene with MoCl2-(RCOO)2-(i-Bu)2AlO- as catalyst system, hydrogasoline as solvent were investigated. The effects of polymerization conditions on the catalytic activity, the molecular weight and its distribution, and the microstructure of the polymer were also examined. The results showed that the catalyst system exhibited considerably high activity. The varieties of R radical and its carbon atom number of the primary component MoCl2(RCOO)2 had no influence on the conversion of butadiene. The polymerization conditions had little influence on the ways of monomer insertion, but the polymerization temperatures affected the microstructure of polymer to a certain extent. The content of isotactic isomer in 1,2-unit reached approximately 60%.
