【Abstract】 Research Department of Gastric Cancer, The Fourth Affiliated Hospital 31cases of early gastric cancer identified by pathological examination postoperatively are reported. Diagnosis and operative treatment of early gastric cancers were discussed. Measures for early diagnosis were put forward.
