【摘要】 口服吡喹酮疗程剂量180～240mg/kg治疗脑囊虫病67例临床观察。随访半年50例中基本治愈和显效者43例。表明口服吡喹酮对脑囊虫病的治疗效果确切,疗效显著。并对脑囊虫病的诊断、疗效判定、影响疗效的因素及治疗中应注意的事项进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-seven cases with cerebral cysticercosis were treated with a single dose of praziquantel 180-240mg/kg. Among the 67 cases, 50 were Jollowed up for 6 months. Remarkable improvement was achieved in 43 of the 50 cases, and the disappearance of the symptoms was also observed in some cases. The results showed that the curative effect of orally administered praziquantel is notable and the diagnostic criteria, curative effect, factors influencing the curative effect as well as the cautions during treatment were discussed.更多还原
