【摘要】 自1980年9月至81年10月共收治有胎儿神经管缺陷的孕妇94例,其中49例采用B型超声检查,45例采用X线检查,上述两种诊断方法,以“B”型超声检查为首优,此种检查于胎儿12周即可见颅骨光环回声,15周即可诊断神经管缺陷,此种检查操作方法简便。对孕妇胎儿均无损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 From sept. 1980 to oct. 1981, 94 cases of pregnant women with fetal neural tube defects were examined . Of them, 49 were diagnosis by real-time ultrsound, 45 by X-ray examination. The results show that the real-time ultrasound is the first choice. The light ring of fetal cranium can be revealed at 12th week, and the fetal neural tube defects can be diagnosed at 15th week. This method is simple, accurate and non-invasive.更多还原
