【摘要】 对218例女性乳癌术后进行了十年以上的随访观察。随访率为95.87％。术后总的十年生存率为54.87％。Ⅰ期为85.71％,Ⅱ期为53.09％。Ⅲ期为30.76％。阐明了术后疗效与妊娠哺乳,肿瘤部位,肿瘤大小,临床期别,淋巴结转移情况及病理类型有明显关系。讨论了手术方式对术后的影响,提示扩大根治术对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳癌并无明显优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, 218 cases of breast cancer were reviewed with a follow-up rate of 95.87％ and a follow-up duration of more than 10 years. As a whole the patients of 10-year aurvival account for 45.8％,(stage Ⅰ: 85.71％,stage Ⅱ: 53.09％, stage Ⅲ; 30.76％) The postoperative effects are closely related to the following factors such as pregnancy, lactation, site and size of tumor, clinical staging, metastasis of lymph nodes, and pathologic classification.The choice of surgical procedures was of great importance for the pregnosis of the patients with breast cancer. As compared with rodical mastectomy, the extended radical mastectomy has no any superiority in cure of the stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ cases.更多还原
