【Abstract】 It was found that both cell-mediated cytotoxicity (CMC) and antibody-dependent celluar cytotoxity(ADCC)of macrophages and lymphocytes in peritoneal cavity and lymphonodes of tumorbearing mice against S-180 tumor cells were suppressed, but both CMC and ADCG of spleen cells were enhanced. Heat-killed preparations of Vaccine strain 82-1 can significantly inhibit the growth of tumor when it was subcutaneously injected together with S180 tumor cells into the mice. At the same time GMC and ADCC of marcrophages and lymphoeytes were increased apparently in vaccine treated mice. These results indicate that the eytotoxicity of macrophages and lymphocytes in vaccine treated mice may be responsible for the inhibition of thegrowth of tumor.更多还原
