【摘要】 1974年1月至1981年7月在我院住院治疗可供分析的成人急性白血病93例中,获长期生存4年以上者4例。长期存活的原因可能与下列因素有关:早期诊治,白细胞总数不高,脏器浸润较轻,有效地防治感染,防治CNS-L,争取延长首次持续完全缓解期。左旋咪唑有调节免疫功能的作用,可能有助于延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four cases of acute leukemia survival of more than 4 years in adult were treated from January 1974 to July 1981 in our, hospital, Various factors that may be related to longer survival are the early dinagnosis and treatment a lower initial WBC count, less hemorrhage and infection effect of "prophlaxtie" therapy against CNS-L, and the extension of the period of the first CR; levamisole as an adjuvant addition to maintain chemotherapy may help to improve postcomplete remission survival.更多还原
