二甲酚橙光度法测定血清锌含量的研究
Measurement of Serum Zinc by Xylenol Orange Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 用二甲酚橙作显色剂、72型分光光度计进行血清锌检测,方法简便,适合医院化验室使用。50例健康成人血清锌估计正常值为65～151μg/dl(10.0～23.2μmol/l)
【Abstract】 With xylenol orange as developer and model 721 spectrophotometer, it is simple and easy to measure human serum zinc concentration, which is suitable for hospital laboratories. The normal values in 50 subjects is between 65～151μg/dl(10.0～23.2μmol/L).
