【摘要】 本文用“相关分析法”对“某厂”4115T柴油机连杆螺栓孔加工的一项相互位置精度超差进行了分析。通过实验分析,探讨了影响螺栓孔中心线对盖平台垂直度超差的主要原因,并指出了其它原因。经过反复调查验证,说明相关分析的结果是正确的,这对连杆加工工艺和有关工装设计的改进有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of "the dependent analysis method", the Supernormal toleranee of the mutual postion chafing pvolessing the screw hole on the linkage which in located 4115T diesel macle in the Head Diesel-Building Factory in Beijmg has been analgsed Through experiments the main reason has been researched that the perpendicurity which is the central line of screw hole to the platform of lid is the supernormal touterance. and some other reasons have been discussed. Haviny snvestigated and tested, the results of the dependont analysis has been proved the coHectness.
