【摘要】 本文根据地质和历史资料研究了白洋淀的生成、发展、缩小和干涸的演变过程,并分析了影响白洋淀历史演变的几个主要因素,从而认为人类活动是促使白洋淀兴衰全过程的主导因素。因此,在综合治理白洋淀的指导思想、原则、措施以及方案的制定与实施的各个环节中均要把人为作用放在首要的战略地位,这样才能得以尽快恢复和永葆白洋淀的青春。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on geological and historical data, Baiyang Lake has a history of format- ion, development, shrinkage and drain up within the recent 1, 000 years, and the main affected factors are analysed. Human activities proved to be a dominant fac- tor. That being so, we should place the human activities on the principal stractegic position in the ways of drafting guiding ideology, principle, measure and plan of harnessing the Baiyang Lake in a comprehensive way.
