电反馈电液伺服阀的研究

【摘要】 本文详尽地介绍了一种新结构的电反馈电液伺服阀。试验表明该阀的动态性能极佳。这种新型伺服阀是发展高频振动实验台和高精度电液伺服系统的重要元件。本文对下述问题:电反馈电液伺服阀和机械反馈电液伺服阀的各个环节对阀性能的影响、补偿方法及其试验结果等也进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The paper deals with a new type of configuration of electrohydraulic servovalve with electrical feedback. Experiments show that dynamic perfor-mance of this type of servovalve is good, the bandwidth of this valve is 550Hz at-3db, 307Hz at-90°. Rated flow capacity of servovalve is 10 1/min. This new type of servovalve is a very important element in developing high frequency vibration test stand and high accuracy electrohydraulic control systems. In this paper following problems are discussed: the servovalves with mechanical feedback, influence of different parts upon the behaviour of servovalve, method of compensation, results of experiments etc.
