【摘要】 本文研究以1—苯胺基—8—萘磺酸（ANS）作萤光标记测定乙烯基吡咯烷酮—醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成。测定条件是;ANS浓度为10^-5mol/1、共聚物浓度为0.1g/1～0.01g/1,以365nm光激发,溶液为:pH=5.71的磷酸盐缓冲液,测定萤光强度。用校正曲线法测定共聚物组成（乙烯基吡咯烷酮重量百分比由50％～100％）。该方法灵敏度为:6×10^-3g/1,相对误差小于6％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A fluorescence spectrophotometric determination of the components of vinylpyrrplidone-vinylacetate copolymer is described. 1-anilino-8-naphthalenesulfonic acid is added at a concentration of 10-5M/L to serum as the standard. Analytical conditions are given as follows:pH = 5.59; wavelength of exciting source is 365nm with a detection limit of 6ppm.
