离子交换树脂法分离钨中微量钼—D401树脂分离效果的研究
Separation of Trace Molybdenum an Tangstea by Ion Exchange Resin Technigul - Study on Separation Effect of D401 Resin
【摘要】 本文采用D401大孔螯合形阳离子交换树脂,对钨中微量钼的分离效果进行了研究。提出了最佳实验条件和方法,以硫酸胫为还原剂,料液浓度32gWO3/1,湿树脂6ml,在PH=3时,以流速0.8ml/min进行二次交换,其流出液Mo/WO3比值,可由0.0117%下降至0.0034%。
【Abstract】 The separation effect of trace molybdenum in tungsten by adoptting D401 large aperture chelate cation exchange resin is stadied in this paper. The optimum experimental conditions and procedures are proposed. When the reducing agent is hudraz-ine sulfate, The concentration of crude solution is 32g/l. Wet resin is 6ml, PH = 3, two times exchange is carried out at a rate of flow 0.8ml/min, the ratio of MO/WO3 of the effluent decreases from 0.0117% to 0.0034%.
