【Abstract】 The preparations of nuclei and extractable nuclear antigens from some animl tissues have been described, I t has been found that the nuclear content of calf thymus is 4-5 times that ofmouse and rabbit livers, but only2 times that of calf liver and pig spleen. I t has been demonstrated by counter immunoelectr-ophoresis that all the extractable nuclear antigens prepared from the animal tissues contain Sm and RNP.更多还原
