【摘要】 本文报告两例临床上较少见的巨大胸膜间皮瘤。且在 X 光发现胸部肿块分别为15年和12年后,出现了明显的压迫症状后才手术,增加了手术的困难和危险性。故强调对于难以确诊的胸内孤立性肿块,宜早期手术探查。并对胸内巨大肿瘤切除时应注意的问题,进行了较详细的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two cases of rare gigantic pleural mesotheliomas are reported.The masses were found by x-rays I2 and 15 years ago respectively.But the patients were not operated on until the Symptoms of compression became obvious.Therefore,the operations were more difficult and dangerous. The authors emphasize the importance of an early explo-ratory thoraco- tomy for a single unidentified mass.It is also discussed in detail on ope- rative problems of removing a gigantie-intrathoracic tumor.更多还原
