W18Cr4V高速钢显微组织在高温回火状态下的转变过程
Process of Changing of Micro-structure of W18Cr4V High Speed Steel in High Temperature Temper Condition
【摘要】 本文介绍了在650℃~900℃高温区间内,W18Cr4V高速钢的回火组织及相应的硬度变化所作的系统观察实验,并根据实验的初步结果探讨了二次碳化物质点的聚集、长大现象的机理及对硬度的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper we describe the process of changing of temper structure of M18 Cr4V high speed steel and its hardening in high thmperature region from 650℃ to 900℃. And according to the experimental results, we analyzed the mechanism of the buildingup and developing of secondary carbide and its influence on the hardness of steel.
