【摘要】 本文对南宁市分离的小肠结畅炎耶尔森氏菌的自凝性和血凝性进行了检测。这些菌株均带有质粒,在37℃组织培养基上大多数呈现自凝反应,也能凝集豚鼠的红血球。这说明携带质粒的菌株和它的自凝性,血凝性之间存在着一致的关系。这二种方法简单易行,可通过此方法初步推测菌株是否携带有质粒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autoagglutination and hemagglutination have been tested in Yers- inia enteroeolitlca(Y.e.)isolated from Nanning area.These strains carried pl- asmid represent a autoagglutination at 37℃ in tissue cultures and agglutinating guinea pig’s erythrocytes.In these experiment it is apparent,there is a co- rrelation detween the Y.e.carried plasmid and its autoagglutination and hemagglutination.It would be a easy and simple method to verify Y.e.strains concealed plasmid.更多还原
