【Abstract】 The results of treatment of dissminated intravaseular coagulation(DIC)are analysed in 51 patients in the present paper,The diagnosis of which was esta- blished by clinical and laboratory examination,Therapeutically,from our clin- ical experience,on the basis of treating underlying diseases which easily comp- licated with DIC and treatment in mechanism of DIC are emphasized.It was stressed that early diagnosis and early treatment applied was very important. Prophylactic use of anticoagulant agent in the high risk patients of underlying diseases(such as acute promyelocytic leukemia)was advocated.In 51 cases, an overall improvement of DIC was obtained in 12 cases(23.5%),partial improvement in 4 cases(7.8%),3 cases showed no change(5.9%),32 cases had aggravation(62.8%).更多还原
