【摘要】 本文对0.36%NaCl 缓冲液渗透溶血试验筛选地中海贫血的可靠性进行研究,经不断改良及完善,在870人中用本法与经典方法进行对照检测,本试验对地贫的敏感性为91.11%,特异性为94.8%,正确性为94.6%,且简便易行,故作为地贫人群调查的过筛试验是很有价值的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thalassemias are detected by 0.36% NaCl phosphate buffer assay with evaluation.When compared with results obtained from 0.36% NaCl phosphate buffer assay and classic method,no significant differences were found.This assay was applied for 870 normal subjects and variant disorders,the results shown that 0.36% phosphate NaC1 buffer assay for detecting thalassemias were be useful,its sensitivity was 91.1%,specificity 94.80% and accuracy rate 94.60%.0.36%NaCl phosphate buffer assay is easy to perform,and can be used for screening of thalassemias in mass population survey.更多还原
