【Abstract】 A total of 250 adult patella from Chengdu area are measured. The results are as follows: 1. The average of the patella height is 40.01±3.21 mm in male and 37.29±3.43 mm in female; breadth is 42.07±3.50 mm in male and 38.68±3.70mm in female; thickness is 19.87±1.80 mm in male and 18.22±2.12 mm in female. Male patella are higher, broader and thicker than female. 2. About 43.17％ of the adult, the patella-crural index belongs to High Patella (55.0-X) and about 45.21％ the patella-condylar index belogs to Broad Patella (56.0-X). About 80.99％ of the male and 71.32％ female, the height-breadth index belongs to Broad Patella (>100).更多还原
