【摘要】 报导了153例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤,其中绒毛膜癌54例,恶性葡萄胎99例。采用化疗为主进行较系统的治疗,同时有109例行子宫病灶切除术。绒癌死亡率29.60％,恶葡2.02％。随访106例结果:生存5年以上者36例,5例绒癌死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Malignant trophoblastic tumor 153 cases,from 1972 to 1984, treated main-ly with chemotherapy are reported. Among them, 54 suffered from cho-riocarcinoma and 99 from malignant mole. Chemotherapy was first usedand then carried out hysterectomy in 109 cases. The mortality rates inthese two types of tumors were 29.60% and 2.02~ respestively.106 ca-ses had been followed, while 5 choriocarcinoma had died and 36 chorio-carcinoma survived for 5 years or more.
