【摘要】 碘胺-T(N-碘代-对-甲基苯磺酰胺钾)属于氯胺-T 的碘代物。它不仅是一种水介质中新的氧化滴定剂,而且还是一种外用消毒剂。本文改进了碘胺-T 的一般制法,手续简单,纯度可达99.84%。还测定了碘胺-T 的红外光谱和抗菌活性,并就其理化特性和生物活性作了较详尽的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the preparation and properties of iodamine-T are fully discussed.A novel purification method for preparing iodaminc-T are reported.The procedure was simple and the purity was 99.84%.The formal redox potential of the iodamine-T/P toluensulphonamide couple at 30.C was found to be+1.059V at pH3and+0.506 V at pH 10. The IR Spectra and antibacterial test of iodamine-T were determined in the authorial laboratories.The relationship between preparation and usage was analysed.The experimental results showed that iodamine-T,the iodine analogue of chloramine-T,not only can be used for the direct oxidimetric titration in agueous medium of ascorbic acid,but also can be used as a disinfectant.更多还原
