静脉注射促肾上腺皮质激素对清醒家兔海马神经元自发放电的影响
THE INFLUENCE OE SYSTEMIC INJECTION OF ADRENOCORTICOID HORMONE ON THE SPONFANEOUS DISCHARGES OF HIPPOCAMPAL NEURONS IN CONSCIOUS RABBITS
【摘要】 观察从静脉注射促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH),提高血浆和脑脊液内 ACTH 水平对清醒家兔海马神经元自发放电的影响。在记录完整的22只海马神经元中,被激活(即自发放电频率增加)的占54.54%,被抑制的占22.73%,无变化的占22.73%。由此可见,血浆和脑脊液中 ACTH 水平的提高可激发海马神经元的自发活动。
【Abstract】 The circadian variation of hippocampal activities control the plasma level of corticosterone periodically.The aim of our work firstly was to record the nor- mal spontaneous discharges of hippocampal neurons in conscious rabbits,then observed the influences on the spontaneous discharges of the hippocampal neu- rons after systemic injection of ACFH.The result showed that after injection of ACTJ,12 out of 22 hippocampal neurons were increased in frequency of spontaneous discharges(12/22,54.54%),5 out of 22 neurons had no change (5/22,22.73%),the other 5 neurons were decreased in frequency(5/22, 22.73%).This fact reveales that raising plasma ACTH might activate spon- taneous discharges of hippocampal neurons in conscious rabbits.
