车间空气监测采样技术研究近况
ADVANCES OF SAMPLING TECHNIQUES FOR AIR MONITORING IN THE WORKPLACE
【摘要】 <正> 本文介绍了几种车间空气监测的采样新技术。包括个体采样方法、固体吸附剂采样法、双重采样法及颗粒分级采样法。其中第一种,作者阐述了个体采样泵及被动式采样器,包括扩散型及渗透型两种。第二个问题中,作者评述了美国国立职业安全与卫生研究所(NIOSH)采用的12种固体吸附剂采集25种有机溶剂,以及国内用椰壳活性炭采集烷烃、芳香烃、卤烃及酮等20余种有机溶剂的情况。本文第三段综述了气体及颗粒状物质共存时,用活性炭管及纤维滤膜夹联合采样器一次分别采样的方法。最后,本文介绍了用撞击式分级采样器及旋风式分级采样器对尘粒进行颗粒分级采样的技术。
【Abstract】 (The Hunan Institute of Labour Hygiene and Occupational Diseases) In this paper, the author introduced some new sampling techniques for air monitoring in the workplace. They were the personal sampling methods, solid sorbent sampling methods, dual sampling methods and size selective sampling methods.At first, the author described the personal sampling pumps and the passive samplers, such as the diffusion and the permeation types. Secondly, 12 Kinds of solid sorbents used to collect 25 organic solvents by NIOSH in the U.S. and coconut carbon used to collect the alkyl hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogen ated hydrocarbons and ketones etc-about 20 organic solvents in China Were reviewed. The third question the author described was the sampling methods of coexistent matter of gaseous and particulate hazards in air by the connected samplers of solid sorbent tubes and fiber filter holders. And at last,the author introduced the size selected sampling methods of particles by cascade impactor and cyclones.
