无铅陶瓷BLTZ的电致伸缩效应

【摘要】 研究了无铅陶瓷(Ba1-zLaz)(Ti1-yZry)1-z/4O3(简称BLTZ)系列的介电行为及在室温下的电致伸缩效应。测量了各种成分样品的介电常数随温度变化曲线以及纵向、横向电致伸缩系数Q11、Q12。实验结果表明,BLTZ系列材料是属于扩散相变的材料,在居里峰附近有较大的电致伸缩效应。对于同一y值的材料,居里峰随z值的增加而移向低温方向,而且室温下的电致伸缩效应也相应减小。与现有电致伸缩材料相比,本系列中最佳配方材料的效应已经与PMN-PT-BZN材料的相当,而且由于本材料中不含铅、无毒,因而在应用上是大有希望的。

【Abstract】 The dielectric behavior and electrostrictive effect of a non-lead ceramic system(Ba1-z Laz)(Ti1-yZry)1-z/4O3(BLTZ) at room temperature have been studied. The dielectric constants varied with temperature and electrostrictive coefficients Q11, Q12 have been measured.The experimental results show that the ceramic compositions of BLTZ system have diffuse phase transition characteristics and rather large electrostrictive effect in the vicinity of Curie peak. For samples,with the same y value, the Curie peak shifts with increase of z value toward the direction of lower temperature and the electrostricrive effect also reduces correspondingly. Compared with electrostrictive materials avilable, effect of the optimum proportion of this system is equivalent to that of the PMN-PT-BZN materialoOwing to lack of poisonous element(lead)in the BLTZ, this king of ceramics would become a promising material for application.
