蜂窝状催化剂燃烧反应器的行为——单组分系统的操作特性

【摘要】 本文研究CM-811蜂窝状催化剂燃烧反应器用于处理工业废气时表现的操作特性。实验证明当催化剂用于处理空气中所含微量CO、C4H8或C8H6时,催化剂存在多重定常操作态。作者通过数学模型研究了使催化剂着火的条件,并以实验验证了模型的可靠性。本文亦通过测定催化剂的导热系数,研究了催化剂的熄火条件,从而获得了反应器在不同气体浓度条件和线速条件下的操作特性。华东化工学院工业催化研究所开发的CM-811非贵金属蜂窝状催化剂可以用于处理汽车排气和工业废气。使废气中微量有机化合物蒸气、H2、CO等在氧存在下燃烧为H2O和CO2,以利排放。该催化剂外形为高、宽、长皆为47毫米的立方体,蜂窝状孔径为φ2.5毫米。强放热反应可能使催化剂存在多重定常操作态。处于高温操作态的催化剂(着火状态)是使气体混合物中可燃组分的燃烧接近完全的保证。为此本文用模型方法研究使催化剂着火和熄火的条件及其影响因素,以确定反应器的操作范围。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at studying operational characteristics of catalytic reactor for dealing with industrial waste gas. CM-811 monolithic catalysts are packed in the reactor. Experiments show that multiple steady states exit as small amount CO, butene or bezene are contained in the waste gas. Mathematical model for catalyst ignition condition has been studied, in addition, experiments show good agreement with results of model computation, Solid phase heat conduction through catalyst carrier is also determined for studying extinction condition; therefore, operational characteristics of the reactor under various concentrations and velocities are obtained.
