混合集成电路用无寄生参数载体
Non-parasitic Parameter Carrier in Mixed Integrated Circuit
【摘要】 本文简介两种混合集成电路用无寄生参数载体的设计、制作和实验结果.无电容载体的电容量为0.0007pF,无电感载体的电感量可根据需要控制.与石英载体,梁式引线载体以及玻璃钝化载体相比,不论在性能上或者强度上都具有明显的优点.应用上述载体,可使电路易于匹配,降低功耗,提高传输效率和频率稳定度,尤其适用于高频段宽带电路.
【Abstract】 The design, experimental results and fabrication of two kinds of non-rarasitic parameter carriers used in mixed integrated circuit are described in this paper. The carrier capacitance is 0.0007pF and the carrier inductance can be controlled as required. The non-parasitic parameter carrier is superior to the quartz carrier and beam-lead carrier as well as glass passivation carrier in either performance or strength. With this carrier the easily matched circuit, low power consumption, high efficiency of transmission and high frequency stability can be obtained. The carrier is specially suitable for a high frequency broadband circuit.
