快中子辐照春小麦M1代损伤与M2代突变相关和回归的研究

【摘要】 快中子注量与植株死亡率间的关系可用Ⅱ型S曲线回归模式表示。在对辐射育种有重要价值的区间(成活率90—10%),注量与生理损伤效应(成活率、株高、千粒重占对照的百分数)间呈强负相关。生理损伤效应间呈强正相关。上述各效应间的关系可用对数或指数函数回归模式表示,但由于曲率很小,亦可作直线回归处理。注量与突变率间、生理损伤效应与突变率间均可用二次抛物线回归模式表示。这种模式的利用,对于预测突变率的相对大小、缩减工作量、指导辐射育种有一定意义。

【Abstract】 The relativity and regression between harm in Spring wheat M1 generation resulted from the radiation of the fast neutrons and the mutation in the M2 generation were studied. Details indicated that the relation between the death rate of plant strains and fluence could be shown with the regression model of Ⅱ-Type S-curve. In the important range (living rate 90—10%) for radiation breeding, there is a strong negative correlation of the fluence with the effect of the physiological harms (living rate, strain height and kilograin weight prepared with the percentage of the control), whereas among the physiological harm effects, there is a strong positive correlation. The relation among the various effects above may be shown with regression model of the function of logarithm or index number, but it can also be shown by straight line regression as the curvature is very small. The relation between the fluence and the mutation and that between the physiological harm effect and mutation rate both can be shown with the regressive model of diperabola.This model will be of considerable importance for forecasting the relative degree of mutation rate, decreasing working hours,and guiding the radiation breeding practice.
