【Abstract】 This paper reports two Au-Pt-Pd electrode pastes sintered at 1400 and 1420鈩? They arc suitable for the use in fabrication of multilayer barium titanabased ceramic capacitors. To add Pd is for elevating sintering temperature and reducing the cost of produccts. To add the green stock of ceramic powder is for decreasing the mismatch between metal electrodes and ceramics.更多还原
