【摘要】 本文较系统地分析了总供给与总需求平衡的内容、失衡的主要原因以及宏观控制的对象和机制。作者认为,在货币加入社会总产品运动的条件下,国民收入的超分配往往以通货膨胀的形式表现出来。通货膨胀的形成机制一般有三种类型:需求拉动型、成本推进型和需求移动型。防止和消除通货膨胀,主要应消除其形成的经济条件,如果这种条件一时不能消除,则必须加强宏观控制。作者分析了在新的条件下,宏观控制积累率的主要手段:财政和信贷的平衡功能以及储蓄的功能。并在分析间接控制为主的特点的基础上,论述了宏观控制的直接对象是市场机制以及宏观控制的预先控制机制和随动控制机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wei Xinghua is professor and chairman of the department of economicsat China People’s University; Hong Yinxing and Wei Jie are postgraduatesstudying for the doctor’s degree at the department. The article systematically analyses the contents of balancing totalsupply with total demand, the main causes of their imbalance and theobjects and mechanisms of macroeconomic control. The authors are ofthe opinion that under the condition that money takes part in the move-ment of the total product of society, over-distribution of national incumeoften finds its expression in the form of inflation. Usually there arethree types of mechanisms effecting the formation of inflation: the in-crease of demand and supply, the increase of the cost of products, and thechanges in demand and supply. To prevent and eliminate inflation, theauthors hold, main emphasis should be laid on removing the economic con-ditions leading to its formation. If such conditions cannot be put away,macroeconomic control has to be strengthened. The authors also analysethe main methods of maeroeeonomic control of the accumulation rate underthe new conditions: balancing state finance with credit and increasingsavings. On the basis of analysing the features of mainly relying on in-direct control, they also point out that the direct object of macroeconomiccontrol should be the market mechanism, and elaborate mechanism ofadvance control and that of the control following the changes in economicsituation.更多还原
