用激光小角散射仪研究纤维的结构

【Abstract】 In this paper the SALS patterns of PET and nylon 6 annealed at various temperatures were examined.A microphotometer was applied to analyze these SALS patterns.It shows that the spherulites of the PET films annealing temperature at 170℃ are bigger in size and more perfect in structure than those at 130℃. This is also applicable for nylon films while annealing temperature at 130℃ and 90℃ respectively. The quenched PET fiber does not show the SALS pattern, while nylon 6 exhibits a clear one As nylon is draw to double its length at temperature less than 7℃, no notable change can be seen in the shape of the SAIS pattern, but if the drawing temperature is increased to 69℃, the shape of SALS pattern is changed, it shows that the spherulites are deformed.
