反气相色谱法测定橡胶和溶剂的热力学相互作用参数
STUDY ON RUBBER-SOLVENT THERMODYNAMIC INTERACTION PARAMETERS BY INVERSE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 本工作用反气相色谱法测定了天然橡胶、1,2-聚丁二烯和顺丁橡胶分别在正己烷、正庚烷、环己烷和苯中,在不同温度下的溶剂的重量分数活度系数(/w1)∞,溶剂的对比偏克分子焓(稀释焓)ΔH1∞、溶解热ΔHs和高聚物-溶剂相互作用参数x。并由x去计算各种橡胶的溶解解参数δ2。本工作的研究结果符合相互作用参数x与温度的函数关系:x=α+β/T。
【Abstract】 Rubber-solvent thermodynamic interaction parameters; weight fraction activity coefficient of solvent(a1/w1)∞, Flory-Huggins polymer-solvent interaction parameter X, enthalpy of dilution ΔH∞ and heat of solution ΔHs for natural rubber, cis-1, 4-pplybutadiene and 1,2-polybutadiene and four kinds of solvent, n-hexane, n-heptane, cyclohexane, and benzene were determined by inverse gas chromatography .From the X values obtained, the solubility parameters of the rubbers δ2 were evaluated with eq.(7α). The temperature dependence of X was studied. The plots of X vs. 1/T give straight lines with intercepts, this means that the entropy contribution Xs to X is not negligible. Therefore, the change in energy in the first neighbor interaction between solvent molecule and chain segment is indeed a free energy change.
