大型地平装置反光望远镜的共振频率与方位轴支承刚度
Resonant Frequency and Azimuth Bearing Rigidity of Altazimuth Large Reflector
【摘要】 本文旨在优化大型反光望远镜的轴系设计。选定MMT方位轴支承型式进行了分析计算。得到支承的横向刚度、轴向刚度、倾侧刚度和扭转刚度的计算公式,同时得到了相应的望远镜在各个方向的振动频率。列出两个计算实例,表明调整支承的结构参数:密合因素C、轴承节径R、滚道充填因素m、和滚珠半径r等的数值,就可控制望远镜的自振频率以满足实现稳态跟踪精度的伺服系统带宽的要求。
【Abstract】 It appears that the lowest frequency of the mounting may be dependent on the rigidity of the azimuth bearing. This paper chooses the MMT azimuth bearing type to calculate the latearl, axial, tilt, and torsional stiff ness and frequency. It also gives two calculations of MMT and ATT to show that the bearing parameters as the raceway filling factor mo pitch radius R,ball radius r and conformity factor C can be adjusted to ensure sufficient high frequency so that have adequate control bandwidth to achieve the steady tracking performance specification.
