NIT燃煤增压流化床燃烧模型计算

【Abstract】 In this paper, a mathematical model for coal fired pressurized fluidized bed combustion (PFBC) is proposed on the designed condition of the Nanjing Institute of Technology (NIT) PFBC miniplant. The model, based on the two phase theory of fluidization, is characterized by the considerations of the pressurized impact, particle size distribution and so on. This model is a system model, which is composed of fluidization, coal combustion in the bed as well as particle elutriation, coal combustion in the freeboard, heat removed by cooling tubes immersed in the bed and sulfur absorption. The model results were compared with the txperiment data of the NIT PFBC plant and the Leatherhead PFBC plant.
