弯曲壁面上双排离散孔的流量不等时气膜冷却特性的试验研究
DOUBLE-ROW DISCRETE HOLE FILM COOLING EXPERIMENTAL STUDY FOR UNIQUAL FLOW RATES OF THE ROWS OVER CONCAVE AND CONVEX SURFACES
【摘要】 <正> 本文是以数千个实验数据为基础,定量地给出了在前后排孔流量不等时,在整个凹面和凸面上的气膜冷却有效温比分布的全貌,使人们清楚地看出在不同条件下不同曲面上的特征。为设计者提供了有实际价值的依据。同时还对射流中的二次流的现象与规律进行了探索性的分析,值得进一步探索和研究。
【Abstract】 In this paper, on large amount of experimental data, distribution of the local film cooling effectiveness is given quantively over the whole concave and convex surfaces where flow rates of the two rows are uniqual. This is of practical value for disgner. In the mean time, preliminary analysis is made with regard to the secondary flow in the injected stream.
