用钝体稳定劣质煤粉火焰的机理性探讨

【摘要】 <正> 引言 对于高速的气体或液体燃料的预混气流,其火焰稳定通常是采用钝体来实现的。钝体稳焰的机理可以用热理论模型、边界层点燃理论模型或搅拌反应器模型分别从不同的角度定性地给予解释。近年来劣质煤(或无烟煤)燃烧中采用钝体作为稳焰器来解决其着火延迟和火焰不稳定的问题收到了良好的效果,但对其稳焰机理尚不明确,仍然沿用

【Abstract】 On the basis of a large number of reliable data of experimental and theoritical researches, flame stabilization of pulverized blind coal by the bluff-body was investigated. A useful conclusion was obtained as follows: the flame of pulverized coal can not be stabilized in the recirculating region of air flow formed by the bluff-body, and the recircu-lating region together with its backwash makes up a suitable circumstance for igniting and firing the pulverized coal due to the flow field structure performance, which makes flame to be stabilized in the whole furnace.
