池式沸腾人工孔上汽泡脱离直径的研究
DETERMINATION OF BUBBLE DEPARTURE DIAMETERS ON ARTIFICIAL CAVITIES IN NUCLEATE POOL BOILING
【摘要】 <正> 汽泡脱离直径是研究核状沸腾机理和估算沸腾给热系数的重要参数之一,其研究对深入探讨沸腾现象及沸腾强化具有一定意义.核状沸腾的汽泡脱离直径,前人已进行一些研究工作,提出了几种物理模型和计算方法,但都有一定的局限性.本文探讨池式沸腾中较大孔径的人工孔上的汽泡脱离直径及随孔径、壁面过热度和介质物性的变化规律。
【Abstract】 Experiments of nucleate pool boiling on surface with artificial cavities were carried out with water, n-propanol and ethanol under low superheats. The bubble departure diameters on cavities of size range from 0.15 to 0.30 mm were measured by means of high-speed photography. The results showed that the bubble departure diameters increase with the superheat and cavity diameter. The experimental data, were correlated and the following dimensionless equation was obtained:A theoritical modal for bulbble departure diameters was presented based on the force equlibrium analysis. The numerial solution of this model obtained with a computer are well in agreement with the experimental data.
