复杂流道的阻力、传热试验及可视化研究

【摘要】 <正> 一、实验系统简介 新型换热器内的传热与流动是三维问题,因而主要靠实验研究,并配合定性理论分析解决问题。为了推动板式换热器等新型换热器的开发研究,建立一套有先进测量技术的实验研究系统十分必要。

【Abstract】 The present paper describes a multi-purpose experimental set-up which can be used to investigate the heat transfer, flow resistance and flqw visualization in a complex duet. The set-up offered an experimental device with advanced measurement technique which will directly promote the developmental researches in plate heat exchangers and make up the gap in the field of basic research of plate exchangers in China. The experiment data have been obtained which deal with the relation between the resistance factor and Reynolds number for corrugated ducts at variety of length-height ratio. It has shown that the local resistance factor is independent of both the lengthheight ratio of the duct and Reynolds number. Therefor, designers of plate exchangers at certain conditions should pay emphasis on the performenee of heat transfer and the structure of entrance and exit sections. The visualization has disclosed that the critical point from laminar to turbulent flow is at Re=100-150.According to the experiment results and geometry parameters in Eef. 1 and 2, several plate exchangers with the same area were designed and St and J/f were used as the criterion to show the influence of the geometry parameters on the resistance and the heat transfer of plate exchangers.
