一侧流体混合,一侧流体不混合的叉流换热器的平均温差和改进的数学模型

【摘要】 <正> 一、引言 在前一篇文章里,我们叙述了一侧流体混合一侧流体不混合的叉流换热器的平均温差修正系数F的实验测量结果。考虑到管内外流体特别是管外流体的传热系数不易算准,这种不准确性对F有直接影响,作者认为有必要从另一个角度对叉流换热器的平均温差作进一步的研究,即测量管外空气垂直于流动方向的温度分布,并将测量结果同按改进的数学模型计算的结果进行比较,从而进一步判断管外流体中混合作用的大小。比较表明,
【Abstract】 In addition to the study described in a previous paper, this article gives the results of measurements of the temperature distributions of shell air normal to its direction of flow in the test exchanger. The measured temperature profiles have been compared with those predicted by an improved mathematical model of the recuperator. These comparisons sho.w that mixing effect in the shell fluid is slight and can be controlled by adjusting the plan form of the exchanger. The more slender the plan form, the less the mixing effect.
