【Abstract】 1656 Cases of female unilateral breast cancer confirmed pathologically admitted to our Department from 1964 to 1981 were undergone various mastectomies. Osseous metastasis occurred in 128 cases (7.7%). Bones such as vertebral colum (46.6%),shoulder girdle(15.1) and pelvic girdle (10.9%) were frequentlyinvolved. It is believed that the anastomosis between intercostal and vertebral veins might be the route of metastasis. The mean time of osseous metastases after mastectomies was 22 months and the mean Survival time 7 months,was after osseous metastasis更多还原
