【Abstract】 Two groups of 128 cases of mitral commissurotomy from Jan 1980 to Sept 1985 are reported in this paper. 110 cases of mitral stenosis were performed by close commissurotomy. There were 90 cases in sinus rhythm and 20 cases complicated with atrial fibrilation. 18 cases were performed by open commissurotomy.They were complicated with atrial fibrilation except one. This paper showed that close commissurotomy should be chosen for the cases with sinus rhythm, septal membrane lesion and the younger patients. The open commissurotomy should be chosen for the cases with thick valveleaf and subvalvular lesion especially some cases complicated with atrial fibrilation.更多还原
