【Abstract】 The simultaneous measurements of the functional changes of the blood coagulation and the left ventricle in patients with the pregnancy hypertension syndrome during the third trimester demonstrated(1) the blood level of the Ⅷ R:Ag elevated significantly,(2) the alterations of the fibrinogen content, the prothrombin-time and the blood platelet count have no statistical difference, and(3) the ratio of PEP/LVET and the isovolumic relaxation period increased significantly, reflecting the lowerings of the left ventricular contractility and the early relaxation ability. The results suggest that we should closely monitor and care for the above-mentioned patient with the heart disease. However, the concrete Influence of the patient’s hypercoagulable(?)state on the left ventricular function should be further studied.更多还原
