在水电模型上研究高炉内的气体流动
STUDY ON THE GAS-FLOW PATTERN IN BLAST FURNACE BY USE OF HYDROELECTRIC MODEL
【摘要】 在二维的水电模型上研究了高炉风口区长度、死料堆、渣面高度、软熔带形状及装料制度等因素对炉内煤气流动规律的影响,并测量了各种相应条件下的压力场及速度场。
【Abstract】 The inflnence of the length (geometry) of tuyere area,dead zone,the slag level,the shape(geometry) of cohesive zone and the charging schedule on gas flow pattern in blast furnace havebeen studied with two dementional hydroelectrical model,the pressure field,velocity field were mea-sured under different conditions.
